Fun Alternative Exercises

When I think of the word exercise, I get a picture of running dreadful laps and an image of my high school gym days (which was the exact opposite of graceful and athletic). Needless to say, I was not the top athlete during my teen years and I have since eluded exercising in public as often as possible.
