Weight Loss Workouts for Women

Ok, so you have started eating better and are on the way to changing your lifestyle and being a fitter, stronger, confident women. You are trying to figure out a few simple exercises, that you can do at home, that will get you pretty fast results. After flipping through a few of your favorite magazines health and fitness sections, crunches on the floor just aren’t looking like too much fun.

Many weight loss workouts for women require you to be all over the place in 30 minutes. On the floor, on your feet, than back on the floor, who has time to do that during a busy day?

Fortunately, I have a few fat burning weight loss workouts for women that can help you out. Even better, is the fact that you can do one a day or all of them!

Fat Burning Exercises for Women

1.      Walk on an Incline- For this you need a treadmill or lots of hills. All you have to do is press the incline button for 15 degrees and walk for twenty minutes. Or you can just walk outside briskly for about 30 to 45 minutes.

 

2.      Hindu Squats- Squats are fast and all they require is your body. All you have to do is set a time and don’t stop. The goal is to average 20 to 25 squats per minute.

 

 

3.      Hula Hooping- This will definitely work out your waistline. You want to get big hula hoop that is weighted. Now just hula hoop for about 5 to 10 minutes a day to get a good workout.

 

4.      Spinning- I know this sounds strange, but trust me, it gets results. All you have to do is put your arms out a spin clockwise about 5 times like a little kid. This exercise really gives your hormones a lift if you do it a few times a day.

So, there are a few great weight loss workouts for women to try out. They do work if you commit to them and are pretty basic and easy. Good Luck!
